Skating the list: How long could a 16 year old have been in prison in Cuba? Can you imagine being born in 1964 in Cuba and coming over to the US in 1980 on a shrimp boat. The names of men we'd read about in the basement of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society who had been arrested in the US for minor drug crimes were also on the list.
