How to Remove Attachment

But then remembering all of these links in the chain of dependent origination, I found a technique that worked very well. It could also be contact unpleasant by becoming mindful of it, which is the possibility of the mind letting go. So I would suggest if you find yourself caught in some attachment, you know, some desire for an object, try working in that way.
