Is It Possible to Build a Multi National Wealth Fund?

The department of finance think like accountants. They don't think like economists, right? So what they're thinking os if we're doing well now, what we do is to put the money into a fund and use that fund to plug a hole in the budget deficit. I think that's a really, really dumb way of operating a windfall like this. What actually makes the economy rich is innovation. And what comes up in new ways of doing things is start up companies. Because the whole key for a society is to generate an innovative society. We can't get rich with a society of public servants,. although they're important in a certain area.
