What Is Capital Murder?
Jury returned a guilty verdict on three counts of first degree murder and one rape. After just ten hours of deliberation, hennis was sentenced to death. He then receives a note that reads: 'I murdered the eastburns' This is when things get really weird. The case has now been cited as a precedent for a lot of this kind of behaviour not being allowed in the states.
