A lot of the data we're capturing, we would categorize as quantitative. So qualitative to us is essentially an open ended text box that will help tell a narrative. To me, GA is so, so important. I could tell you how a brand is doing without even looking at any revenue numbers just looking at bounce rate and channel sources. It's like if your bounce rate is over 75% for all this paid traffic, like you should really think about how you're targeting customers or maybe maybe improving your landing page experience.
