P53 and Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
I hear P53 mentioned almost every time we do a webinar on anything with any significant specific significance Justin and non-small cell lung cancer specifically alk well specifically the alk. There have been retrospective series suggesting that you know outcomes are worse if you have a concomitant P53 mutation. It could be speaking to some underlying genomic instability predisposing for more resistance but right now it doesn't alter my decision making when it comes to therapy.
