Is There a Good Side to AI?

Every innovation has a flip side to it. I think technology is similar in that there's a good and a bad side. And we just have to figure out how to maximize the good and minimize the bad, which is a hard problem sometimes. For better or worse, people will come up with their own weird little social hacks, social norms, social cues,. But I actually don't think daily life 10, 15, 20 years from now is going to be much different than it is now.
