Facebook's Decision to Leave This Post Up
Face book's decision to leave this post up really goes all the way back to that newsworthiness argument about the boston marathon bombing. It's a little bit more complicated than that. But because of newsworthiness, when a public figure or someone of influence in some way, post on face like, say, donald trump or michael jordan, basically because they are a public figure, it's inherently newsworthy. This is where you feel the rub. There is plenty of evidence that people in power using charged language can lead to violence. On the other hand i think there's an argument to be made that isn't it important for us to know what our leaders are saying and thinking
