Playfulness - How to Integrate Playfulness

Jam is an organization that believes change while challenging is beneficial. Jam recently held a brainstorming session where everyone was given a mission and they had to come up with different ideas around a topic. Because we had the element of playfulness, there was no right or wrong answers expected. It opened the doors for people to really have big blue sky ideas which weren't going to be scoffed at.
