A lot tremendous growth takes place across these bands that i can see, the these three bands of development. And we can always ask in any given moment, eno what are the potential limitations of in organizing the mission field according to these particular developmental sensibilities? So that brings up another conversation. Sometimes i've heard some missionaries say they felt like their mission was too focused on baptisms. What if we were just with peopled? In that i feel a certain kind of, i feel a different stage coming into play.
