It's not true that a cat is an arrangement of cat cells. At least it doesn't come to be as an arrangement ofCat cells. In real life actual reality, a cat comes into being as something that is already a one-celled cat. The existence of cat cells doesn't precede the existence of the cat. It coincides with it.
