The initial shock of COVID took all urban multifamily from basically fully occupied to 70% occupied by the fall of 2020. By the time vaccines came out, our entire portfolio was massively accelerating from an occupancy perspective. We're building two very large multi-phase ground up projects now and we have another medium sized ground up project that's the second non-continuous phase of another project. And we've had a real focus on adaptive reuse probably for about a year in terms of new acquisitions. So that focus has seemed to land squarely in Northwest Washington, DC.
