What Would You Have for Breakfast?

I would meditate for 20 or 30 minutes there and just really calm my mind. I might even do some yoga there on the beach and do some stretching. And then by the time i get back home onnow, tationas also up. She's doing her ritual as well and getting herself ready for the day. By the time were a there at home, id have a private chef, and i'd have the chef that would already have prepared for me my wheat grass shotsand my ginger shots and temeric shots  and all the hell things i love to do.
