Should Joe Byden Give a Big Speech on the Filibuster?

It's time for a pivot. Joe byden should get in a car, drive to capital hill and go to joe mansion's office,. lock the door and say, we're not leaving until you figure out what you can be for. I don't think that him saying that publicly is going to move mansion and cinema. Toss him the smouldering coal ember. And look, joe, of course he should. But like, in terms of, like things that we debate whether they really will make it, get it done or not, i guess he should do that.
