India Abstained From a Space Test Ban
The US for a very long time wanted a test ban but did not find the right platform. The open-ended working group proved to be a sufficiently flexible platform where they could garner support. India has opposed this because it mixes two distinct issues even though they're intimately connected. So let's take a short break now and we'll come back with more discussion on ASACs.
