What a Missed Opportunity for the White House

i don't expect this to have any effect on joe bin's approval numbers one way or the other. It hit out of step with where america is right now in tha sort of very tangible way. And so what a missed opportunity for the white house. What a strange, strategic decision for them to make. i'm not sure when the next opportunity will be.
