Getting Away From Hierarchy With Team Mapping
Team mapping exercise and things like challenge and build helps to get away from hierarchy because they are free of hierarchy the challenge and build you don't need to be the leader of the team to do that. The secondary way to working is tools and tech and I think this is probably the one lots of us go to when you first think about ways of working so what is the technical decisions and how's it happen to those? Yeah yeah there's an app for that but a question to consider here how do we use tech to make our life easier and I work more efficient and effective as a team.
