Lloyd: I've got a friend who was asked to read a lesson during a leadership interview in 2022. Lloyd asks his interview is to bring one article that they can discuss to an interview. And it doesn't matter if he agrees with the article or not. It's the idea that someone's willing to think about their practice. All these things, there's a lot to look out for and think about. Yeah. If they said grade this lesson, I wouldn't do it because I'm so, I'm so against that for so many reasons.
