How to Measure Success of an Internship Program

Matt Merk: Figure out what size you're talking about. What kind of time do you have to give to it? And then based on that, you can start making some other choices. Is there a way that you think about measuring success of a program like this? I hesitate to use that word. Obviously, we want to be faithful and leave the fruitfulness to the Lord. But as you look back and evaluate this program you've invested in, how do you determine if it's been a worthwhile investment of your time,. Your effort? Just a sense of joy and satisfaction in the relationships.
