The novel ultimately is about how how the midwest is a lot less provincial. It sounds like you were levelling micro aggressions in the one part of the country where people don't really care about them. There's sort of these new york assumptions that your character would bring to nebraska that would be irritating and wearying at times. I justi, i would worry about coming across as a sort of ugly american, kind of just carpet bagger. But maybe i'm just, i'm just paranoid ie. You you would have to do it in such a way that you were involved in a community and giving back in some clear, obvious way.
