Ralee has been under lockdown for about five months. People are asked to stay inside. They have to get permission to leave their houses and go grocery shopping. Stores were allowed to reopen in the city, but people are still afraid to go outndand because they have to show their health codes wherever they go.
China’s 1.4 billion people are averaging fewer than 100 cases of Covid-19 a day. All it takes is the willingness to shut down anything at any time.
