The Power of Flow
We put our attention on what is important and operate from an ideal state of flow. If you feel emotions of stress or frustration, that's fine. You observe them which allows them to be released,. And this allows you to ease into your flow rather than forcing into the flow. Fear doubt and indecision taper away. So we can be aware of what we're thinking, feeling or doing without being overly identified with it. It's actually one of my favorite three words lately. Observe ideal flow.
