Are You Focused on a Portfolio?
If you're not thinking about where does this leave me in the next phases of what i'm doing, then you may have a serious problem. And so too often people can say, well, i'm paying the bills, and i'm making it happen because i'm doing al thesedifferent things. Think about pickying jobs or professions where the focus job is itself a set of really diverse activities. We'd advise more focus, rather than less.
