There's a major, major shortage of the capacity that they need to employ out there. I think there's something like 7,500 longshoremen that work on the LA ports That's a third of what they need. They don't want people to come in. The steamship lines refuse to accept empty containers for months and months now. It takes at least two years to truly operate the way that you want to because they're crane operators, they're organizers.
