Are You Following Me in the Regeneration?

Every translation is an interpretation. And we have literally dozens and dozens of English translations. In this verse alone there is a significant amount of differences, almost forty percent differences. What they're struggling with is how to understand this phrase in the regeneration. Is it the future eschaton or a messianic age? Or is it the reconstitution of Israel around himself?
