How to Deal With Trust in a Crisis
Trust is something that's built incrementally over time, as you mentioned. I do think that you have to give people benefit of the doubt and kind of try to see things from their perspective. Keeping a consistency allows you to not treat one person different than another. And so if you're going to try to eliminate or reduce, you can't eliminate, but reduce bias as much as possible.
