The Importance of Confidence in the Workplace
If ever you are coming to your manager or to HR to talk about changes or supports that you need in a work environment relevant to a disability, that is an accommodations request. You have opened up what we call the interactive process there and so you are in territory where you are protected and where you have a right to receive accommodation.
