The Nordic Style Dining Mothership - What Was It Like?
Pete finally managed to get a table at the Nordic style dining mothership for a lunch in 2018. The things that surprised him, I think, first of all, how warm and funny it was. There was clearly a lot of attention that had been paid to making you feel like they wanted you there - which you don't always get at the most high-end restaurants. And then even though I knew that he'd be seeing new things and there'd be a lot of creativity on the plate, I was still amazed by some of the stuff that was coming out.
