If the patient's bradicardic and compromised in front of you we're going to be giving on this side of the bond atropine IV so 500 mics. And then assessing whether or not you've got a satisfactory response. Now if you don't have a satisfactory response then you can repeat that atropine those 500 micrograms IV up to a maximum of 3 milligrams or you can consider other drugs like aminophiline, dopamine, glucagon,. glycopyrilate or transcutaneous pacing.
