And then assessing whether or not you've got a satisfactory response. Now if you don't have a satisfactory response then you can repeat that atropine those 500 micrograms IV up to a maximum of 3 milligrams or you can consider other drugs like aminophiline, dopamine, glucagon,. glycopyrilate or transcutaneous pacing.
