The Diversity of Our Leadership

I think it's a combination of both. The checks have been getting bigger over the last five years and we've also grown our investment team from two people two years ago, I mean 10 years ago to now 12 people in our investment team. It's a broad range of target industries. We're very focused on business at scale and a lot of that has to do with software. Although we do have some semiconductor beds that are more in the physical world. A lot of female founders, diverse founders. Even within the downturn it's much better right now than when I got started 30 years ago almost for diverse founders. So it's all relative.
