The Delta Between Fair Housing Regulation and Regulation
The amount of fair housing regulations are really, they should be called better rental business regulations. The tenant's membership in a protected class is not an effective determinant of their performance as a tenant. I see housing affordability as a top three platform issue in the next presidential election. It's going to push fair housing and different protected classes; it's going to hurt short-term rentals.
