When we were working asw working as a consultant, you and your team were working as consultants to help businesses. Our process was, ok, step one, we've got to document how does the customer even happen? For me, the inspiration, l all pull inspiration from sources that have nothing to do with our business but still work for us. Having juniors on your team and encouraging them, please ask stupid questions like, why are you doing this? Cause it's not a stupid question. You need to get out there and do it. A lot of people say, i want to write a book, or i want to start teachstupslike you haven't done it yet.
