If you were suddenly in charge of developer relations at Apple, what other changes would you make? The first thing I would do is I would burn feedback assistance with the fire of a thousand sons. In the defense of Apple, their documentation has gotten better but it turns out when you're in a desert and you haven't had water in three days, even the world's crappiest water is still better than nothing.
