If you're in Europe and you want to connect to New Zealand, then it's going to go through Australia. So one autonomous system could be like a bottleneck for a whole part of the internet behind it. And we could say Indonesia could be faking everything that's happening in Australia and New Zealand. It would have to be whoever is in control of the Indonesian internet. Which Indonesia is probably some random guy.
