Is There a Difference Between Rationality and Intuition?

From an evolutionary perspective, would it make sense to call behaviors that maximize our fitness as rational or not? Well, I don't know, it's really a semantic problem. So the issue with doing this, then it would just be rational, just be synonymous with being adaptive. And so I see how people would try to resist that move. But then, as we were saying earlier, I'm not really so interested in the normative side, so judging whether people are rational or not.
