The majority of your food should be whole, minimumly processed and nutrient dense foods. But you should have zero gilt or negative emotions for enjoying treats now and then. Jordan wanted to show people what happened when i eat a big mack every day. And also, like, over all, eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. I hated the movie supersise me. It's single handedly responsible for tremendous numbers of disordered eating habits and and eating disorders.
