Charisma Is Like a Social Lubricant

Sally Kohn: I think that charisma is like so social lubricant. So if you can be really smart, you can have great ideas. But if you don't have charisma, it's hard to get those ideas to smoothly adopted. It makes all your interactions more smooth. And so in that way, I think it just makes it's especially for smart people with a lot of technical smarts or book smarts.
