Are Western Intelligence Agencies Sexually Entrapped?

In the book, i say a few things about sexual entrapment. In so far as it vitiates consent, is tantamount to rape. I can just imagine some head spy saying, well, of course we do have to entrap this person sexually,. because what we're doing by getting those compromising photos is getting a new double agent onb and that will actually bring benefits to civilians and protect people. But other kinds of deception are permissible? I do believe so.
