How to Get a Leadership Team to Agree on a Vision and a Plan

If you can get a leadership team to agree on the vision and plan for their company i e vto forget about how it works why it works. Many times four of the five people we started with are not there anymore. If that entrepreneur can simply slow themselves down and shift their thinking to thinking in 10-year timeframes they will make better decisions. That would be my advice to that hard charging entrepreneur.
