The Governor Declares a State of Emergency

The governor of the Closet State has asked all Californians not to run a Wasm pack build between 4PM and 9PM. The Pacific Northwest had their power turned off because trees were so likely to fall over, but they also did that in California. There's like a big bit of an irony when one day you're going to let electric cars sell for 35 miles per hour and then next week we're turning off our power due to wildfire danger.
