Is Vladimir Putin Getting the Last Lick?

i understand a lot about present day russia by looking at vladimir puton and looking what he went through. Fast fou to 20 16, whenthe the russians were interfering and attacking our elections. Is there any part of you that feels as though somewhere in russia, vladimer putin is geting t last laugh? I don't think he'll get the last laugh, but i do think he's been very, very successful about creating the same cynicism in the west that he thrives on there in Russia.
