The Federal Government Shutdown Is Coming to an End
The federal government shutdown has been going on for more than a month. John Avlon says the public doesn't seem to know what's happening because they can't see or hear about it. He argues that Congress may have overstepped its powers by shutting down 20% of the government and not telling people how much is still shut down.
