I think again, it kind of depends on where you are in terms of your governance strategy. Are you just starting out? If you're just starting out, you probably might need the help of senior leadership and some more hand holding to get to a point where you can actually have a team that can define governance for you. So it will depend on how and where you're starting from. That's interesting though, I don't think we've ever had this distinction brought up on the show. It sounds like it's more important in that early stage to have the top down direction than later when the balls are already moving.
