How to Train for Asthma

I got a good round in there and then I had a classic asthma attack Oh, yeah, but it I that's my undoing because I got sort of caught by the lights The lights camera action of it all my like nerves got the best of me And then I didn't do my game plan which I knew I would like run the risk of like activating my Exercise induced asthma. You know not to take anything away from Aaron. He trained really hard for this and he you know deserves it and everything He was fun about it, so it's nice. It was super great to see everybody have friends come out and support me I lost it's fine.
