Meditation Is a Natural State of Consciousness

To really meditate, you have to abandon the body. A lot of us have a lot of fear about meditation. Jesus himself is a great master of meditation because he achieved full prana. You can't force your heart to be serene - it emerges spontaneously on its own. But you can stop making yourself feel anxious, sad, depressed, angry. And when that is sincere, the heart naturally becomes a serene, happy and beautiful place.
