How to Advance Change of Direction Training in Sports

The next question I have for you along those lines was how you and you mentioned with the basketball player who needed to do a different type of training. But maybe in light of an athlete who has been playing the same position for some time just steps on how you ensure that the athlete is getting change the direction training that they aren't already getting in sport, if that makes sense. And so I'm just curious of that interplay, how that looks in your session because I was going to ask how it relates to the game, but it would strike me that there's also a lot of opportunities to like Andy Rylan talks about having athletes.
