The value is perhaps broader than simply the human beings intrinsic dignity at value and worth, but rather the entirety of their human experience. You are acknowledging the value therein and appreciating it and not rejecting it. And you know, some of the traditions like the self compassion, mindfulness meditation, kind of practices, they really try to be able to experience things without judging. They call it a non judgmental observation, non judgmental presence. That's cultivating this capacity to see myself as worthwhile, independent of what I'm experiencing or seeing my experiences as useful teaching tools that are part of who I am,.
