HRSA Announces Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network Modernization Initiative

The agency recently unveiled what they have termed their organ procurement and transplantation network, or as we call it, OP-T-N. The announcement aims to do through policy changes that are going to be rolled out over the coming months and years. There's only been one contractor for the history of OP- T-N. We just want the contracting process to make sure that it's conducted in a way that we all know.
