We want to make the prospect feel like they're firing us because at this point we've probably found out so much about their financial situation and started to build those relationships that we want them to feel like they would be firing us by saying no. So as a team, we specifically with the wealth planning team, we drive a lot of our, our gap process. And I will say as a segue, we are wanting to grow in different markets throughout the, the country. But this year it was 68% so far.
