The idea of treatment resistant depression, as you know, is failing. It's very reductionistic. It's failing two trials, adequate trials, of anti depressent medications. You know, it's kind ofa pretty horrible, reductionistic definition, if you think about it. Cause once again, we want to approach that question of whhat is going on with this patient in not such a simple way.
